These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bloom Maternity mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using Bloom Maternity, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Application
Bloom Maternity provides pregnancy tracking, organizational tools, educational information, reminders, and related features. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Bloom Maternity is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Information is for general educational and informational purposes only. Always seek advice from your doctor, midwife, or qualified healthcare provider. Do not use Bloom Maternity for medical emergencies.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, providing accurate information, and activity performed through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly.
4. User-Provided Information
You may enter pregnancy information, symptoms, weight records, appointments, notes, and other information. You are responsible for its accuracy and should maintain appropriate backups of important medical documents and records.
5. Uploaded Content
You may upload documents, images, ultrasound records, and other supported content. You must have the right to upload it and must not upload unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or prohibited content.
6. Notifications and Availability
Bloom Maternity may provide notifications, reminders, health information, and updates. Availability may depend on your device, operating system, network, and settings. We aim to keep the App reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect accounts and stored information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Intellectual Property
Bloom Maternity and its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit them without permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Bloom Maternity unlawfully, access another user’s account, circumvent security controls, interfere with operation, upload malicious software, or abuse or compromise application services.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risks. You may stop using Bloom Maternity at any time and request account deletion through the App or by contacting us.
11. Third-Party Services
Bloom Maternity uses third-party services, including Google Firebase, for authentication, storage, databases, analytics, notifications, security, and reliability. Their use may also be subject to the relevant third party’s terms and policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom Maternity and its operators shall not be responsible for losses arising from reliance on informational content, interruptions, user-provided information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes and Contact
